I’d kiss a frog even if there was no promise of a Prince Charming popping out of it. I love frogs.

I spent the winter months catching up on some amigurumi. It’s May now. Yes, I know.
Firstly, I totally underestimated the time this little guy would take to crochet. And secondly, the light that I feel most comfortable with when crocheting. I envisioned myself wrapped up in a cosy blanket on the sofa with hot cups of herbal tea crocheting away on gloomy Sunday afternoons. Actually, I ended up sitting at my desk under a daylight lamp which wasn’t quite the scenario I had dreamed up.

So Fritz went from being a Christmas present to a birthday present and I handed him over today to my dear former colleague, Birgit, who is a huge frog fan. Quite reluctantly I must admit because he is so cute.
I learned a lot which is always good and had fun. And that’s what hobbies should be about.
Some photo fun with Fritz before I wrapped him up to give him away (deep sigh).
