Forty and still fabulous!

I baked this cake for a dear friend who loves teddy bears and bubble baths.

It’s a mud cake (recipe here) which I baked in a 15 cm and 10 cm round baking tin. The remaining batter made 12 cupcakes. I didn’t fill the cake as it is very rich in itself. The outside is decorated using the Wilton 1M tip and whipped ganache with Baileys.

I modelled the teddy bear straight into the cocktail glass.
