Nut Wedges – Making of

Sunday December 18th, 2016

Here a little “Making of” the nut wedges.

I used 300 g ground and 100 g chopped hazelnuts this time. I rolled out the pastry into a 30 x 30 cm square and cut out 6 x 6 squares again. So 50 nut corner in total. I used 350 g of chocolate to cover the corners. Click here for the recipe of these delicious Nut Wedges.
