Schon wieder ein Wunderkuchen! Diesen hatte ich bereits im Februar gebacken und dieses Mal mit Hafermilch gemacht und mit Mascarpone und Himbeeren gefüllt.

Yet another cake which I baked in February using the German “wonder cake” recipe.
