Apple crumble muffins


I’m not a great apple eater, but I do love them in cakes. I took my favorite basic muffin recipe and added two peeled and chopped apples. I tossed the apple pieces in a little flour before adding them to the batter to stop them forming a big lump.


For the crumble I mixed 100 g flour with 60 brown sugar, 75 g margarine and ½ tsp. cinnamon.

Muffins really are a great invention when you haven’t got that much time but still want to bake something.
