I made this cake for a friend’s 30th birthday. No cake of mine has ever travelled so far! Over 400 km from Dortmund to Leipzig. Everything arrived safely and I stacked the cake at the venue. There was no time for a good picture at home, but my husband was at least able to capture the attack of the little mutated minions on the unsuspecting birthday girl using cake dummies
The bottom cake was a chocolate mud filled with coffee flavoured ganache and the top cake was the German “wonder cake” with Batida de Coco. I covered both cakes with purple butter cream.
