This is how the finished cupcakes I baked as a small birthday surprise for a dear friend looked like. The ganache with vegan chocolate and soya cream turned out really well. And it tasted great too. Not so sweet as white dairy chocolate, a more caramel and vanilla taste. I baked my favourite cupcakes from Jamie Oliver again.
This is what the white ganache looked like after I had poured the hot soya cream over it and given it a good stir. More a brownish colour, probably due to the vanilla included. And below the picture after whipping it. The colour is much lighter. Perfect!
