Neben dieser wundervollen Rose hat Monika uns beim Kurs auch noch gezeigt wie man Rosenblätter, eine Knospe, Efeublätter, kleine Hortensien- und Jasminblüten machen. Besides this beautiful rose Monika showed us how to make rose leaves, a bud, ivy leaves and small filler flowers. The course was hard work, but well worth it. At least in Germany I presume that all hobby bakers know Monika “Die Tortentante”, http://www.tortentante.de
